Designed for people with low vision. The needle has two eyes, which are called feather eye. The thread is threaded relatively easily by laying and stretching it through both eyes. 

These needles are ideal for sewing thick or medium fabrics. They are thin short needles with a large gilded eye and a sharp tip. This shape of the needles allows you to lay neat, even stitches without leaving puncture marks on the fabric.
