La Bouquetière is an exciting series of sashiko projects combining several techniques

By following the stenciled lines on the muslin, your sashiko stitches will define the image. You'll find La Bouquetière's samples a pleasure to sew, combining sashiko, hitomezashi and kugurisashi. The fabric is then washed to reveal the pattern without the stenciled lines. These samplers can be used as patterns on bags or cushions, or simply as napkins.
