Takumi fabrics are a tribute to the textile craftsmen of Japan. The unique, high-quality screen-printed motifs reproduce traditional themes and techniques. These cotton fabrics are made in several stages in the Azumino region and in Kyoto, Japan.
Solid-colored backgrounds are first dyed and then screen-printed.
Takumi fabrics are soft and take on a beautiful patina over time, making them ideal for garments, patchwork, bags and interior decoration.
The panel is approximately 110cm wide by 74cm long.
